The Everything Bagels story began in 2016. As documented by the Alaska Small Business Development Center, Pamela and Matthew Parker started experimenting with artisan bagels after craving the classic texture they loved: a satisfying outer crunch and a chewy center.
The idea became a place for breakfast and lunch, handcrafted spreads and community connection on the Kenai Peninsula.
Today, Everything Bagels welcomes neighbors and visitors at its Sterling Highway storefront in Soldotna.
